By downloading, installing, or using the Chatbot India app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, parents, and administrators.

This app is designed exclusively for school management purposes. It serves students, teachers, parents, and administrators for educational and administrative activities.

• Use the app only for authorized educational purposes
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Do not use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
• Follow all applicable local laws while using the app

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials including email address, phone number, and password.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at the email below.

Access to features and data is strictly controlled based on assigned user roles.

Users must not misuse the app in any way. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harmful Content
  Posting abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Harassment
  Bullying, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Misinformation
  Spreading false or misleading information.
• Unauthorized Access
  Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Spam
  Sending unsolicited or repetitive messages.

Users are fully responsible for any photos, videos, or documents they upload through the app.

• Content must be appropriate and related to school activities
• Do not upload copyrighted material without permission
• Do not upload personal or private media of others without consent

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Location access is used only for live bus and transport tracking to ensure student safety.

Location data is not stored permanently and is never shared with third parties for any commercial purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

We take all reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data using Google Firebase — an industry-standard secure platform.

However, users are also responsible for keeping their own accounts secure. We are not liable for breaches caused by user negligence such as sharing passwords.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-app notifications or email.

Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
